Aer Lingus Regional returns leased Danish Air Transport ATR72s

                                                      OY-RUB ATR72 Danish Air Transport  Aer Lingus Regional operated by Aer Arann has returned two ATR72s to Danish Air Transport on completion of their leases. The aircraft where leased to provide bridging capacity pending delivery of their new ATR72-600s. According to website Skyliner Aviation OY-LHB ATR72-202 c/n 496 was ferried Dublin to Copenhagen on 3rd August and OY-RUB ATR72-201 c/n 301 was ferried Dublin to Bournemouth on 29th July for painting into all white colours prior ferry to Copenhagen on 2nd August. EAN appoints Joe McDermott to Head of FBO Operations

Lagos-based aviation business Evergreen Apple Nigeria (EAN) has appointed Joe McDermott to the newly created role of Head of FBO Operations. Joe will be based at the Lagos Jet Center headquarters and will be responsible for managing all operations at its fully integrated FBO facility based at Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, along with developing existing offices in Port Harcourt and Abuja that currently manage EAN passenger requests in each location. Joe joins the company from Emerald Flight Support in Dublin, Ireland, where he was Ground Operations and Business Development Consultant responsible for FBO viability, business development and equipment procurement planning for the proposed VIP Terminal facility at Casement Military Aerodrome.
