Emirates Airlines 2600th Boeing 777 flight to Dublin

                                                Emirates Airlines Boeing 777-31H(ER) This evenings Emirates 163 (A6-EGU) from Dubai to Dublin is the Two Thousand Six Hundredth Emirates flight to Dublin operated by a Boeing 777, since the 1st of May 2012. First flight flown by A6-EBC. Emirates inaugurated the daily Dubai-Dublin flight in January 2012 with an Airbus A330-200 series with plans to upgrade to a Boeing 777 after at least a year of operation, however bookings were so good they upgraded to a daily Boeing 777-300ER after only four months of operations on the route. Then on the 1st of September 2014, they increased the frequency to twice daily with Boeing 777-300ER’s, inaugurated with A6-EGN,  however five of the 2600 flights have been operated by Boeing 777-200LR’s. At this point in time all bar 4 of the current Emirates Boeing 777-300ER’s have visited Dublin, in fact the route has seen 128 different Boeing 777’s land at Dublin. 124 different Boeing 777-300ER’s and 4

                                                  Aer Lingus Airbus A320    AerCap Celebrates the Delivery of the First Airbus A320NEO Aircraft to China Southern Airlines AerCap Holdings N.V announced the delivery of the first Airbus A320neo on lease to China Southern Airlines, making the airline the first carrier in China to operate the aircraft type. The delivery took place at a ceremony in the Airbus delivery center in Hamburg. This is the first of twenty-four A320neo aircraft to deliver to China Southern Airlines by AerCap, delivering through 2019. Aeroflot Group to lease ten Boeing 737-800s from SB Leasing Ireland Russia's Aeroflot Group is set to lease ten additional CFM International-powered B737-800s from SB Leasing Ireland the minutes of a board meeting have revealed.
