Ryanair triplet Boeing 737-800 deliveries

                                                  Image Courtesy of Dave Kennedy  On Saturday 3 March Irish budget carrier Ryanair took delivery of a triplet of Boeing 737-800s. The aircraft EI-GDY Boeing 737-800 c/n 44818 , EI-GJD Boeing 737-800 c/n 44823 and EI-GJE Boeing 737-800 c/n 44821 where delayed due to Storm Emma with significant snow falls at Dublin Airport which adversely effected operations on 1 and 2 March.                                         Image Courtesy of Dave Kennedy The deliveries increase Ryanair fleet size to 425 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.  The Dublin based carrier is the largest 737-800 global customer and the largest Boeing operator in Europe. EI-FPX Bombardier CRJ-900LR Delivered To Cityjet

                                                  Image Courtesy of Bombardier Aerospace  Irish carrier Cityjet has taken delivery of 22nd Bombardier CRJ900LR completing an $467 million order announced on 29 March last year. Commenting then Pat Byrne Executive Chairman said "The CRJ900 is proving to be an extremely reliable and popular aircraft in our Nordic operations on behalf of SAS Scandinavian Airlines. The confirmation of these orders - bringing us to 22 new CRJ900 aircraft in our fleet - further demonstrates CityJet's belief in this aircraft as a key part of our wet lease growth strategy." EI-FPX Candair CRJ900 construction number 15444 was delivered MontrĂ©al-Keflavik-Copenhagen  on 6 March in SAS Airlines colours.
