Ryanair adds eight brand new Boeing 737-800 aircraft in May

                                                    Ryanair Boeing 737-800 Irish budget carrier Ryanair has added a further seven brand new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to its fleet increasing it's size to 444 aircraft. The Dublin-based low cost carrier is the largest 737-800 global customer and the largest Boeing operator in Europe. Last month, Ryanair took delivery of its 500th Next-Generation 737-800. Cityjet wet-leases G-SMLA Bae 146-200 from Jota Aviation

                                                    Image courtesy of Jota Aviation  Jota Aviation is operating Bae 146-200 G-SMLA (msn E2047) on behalf of CityJet, to provide cover some of the latter’s capacity shortfalls. The aircraft positioned London Southend to Dublin on 14 June as BCY096P entering service the same day as BCY121 to London replacing G-JOTR RJ85 which positioned to London Southend as BCY097P. Jota Aviation, based at London Southend Airport, are a specialized charter operator with a fleet of BAe 146 and Avro RJ's originally founded to cater to the needs of the motor sport industry.
