EI-SIL Airbus A320-251N Delivered to SAS Connect (Ireland)

                                                                 EI-SIL Airbus A320-251N msn 10674 SAS Connect (Ireland) named 'Brun Viking' was delivered Toulouse (TLS) to Copenhagen (CPH) on Thursday 17th March as 'SZS9150' landing 1603 local. The aircraft is the 11th aircraft to join the growing fleet , as the carrier expands establishing a new crew base in Copenhagen (CPH).  The aircraft was originally allocated registration SE-RUU which was not taken up.  As of Monday 21st March according to Flightradar24 data the aircraft is yet to operate its first commercial service.  SAS Ireland was founded in 2017 as an ACMI carrier to compliment SAS production. The airline is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. EI-EIL Airbus A330-302 Aer Lingus Ferried Nimes to Dublin

                                                                   EI-EIL Airbus A330-302 msn 893 Aer Lingus named 'St. MacDara' was ferried Nimes to Dublin on Wednesday 16th March as 'Shamrock 2535' landing 1200 local after storage. The aircraft perviously operated by Qatar Airways as A7-AEM.  Aer Lingus acquired two former Qatar Airways EI-EIK msn 789 ex A7-AEH and EI-EIL Airbus A330-301 msn 893 ex A7-AEM in Spring 2020, pre covid to boost North Atlantic capacity and where stored in Nimes and Cuidad Real airport respectively pending entry to service. Aer Lingus continues to re-build its North Atlantic Hub at Dublin progressively reinstating routes and adding frequencies as both Los Angeles (LAX) and Philadelphia (PHL) resume daily from 11th May and Seattle (SEA) fives times weekly from 25th May.
